An accomplished medical doctor, Dr Karthik holds an MBBS degree from Bangalore University, an MBA in Marketing from Manipal University and a Global Executive Leadership Program (GELP) qualification from Yale School of Management, USA.

His prior positions include Chief Operating Officer at Roche Pharmaceuticals and Head of Business Unit – Metabolics, Branded Formulations and Biosimilars at Biocon Ltd., where he led the largest branded formulations business, with end-to-end P&L responsibility and a team of over 650 professionals.

His leadership career includes senior roles at BPL Medical Technologies (Goldman Sachs Portfolio Company), GE Healthcare, AstraZeneca and MSD (Merck & Co.). At BPL, he also served as a marketing consultant to Penlon Ltd., UK, following its acquisition by BPL. He was part of the core team behind the launch of Januvia, South Asia’s first patented primary-care pharmaceutical brand, which became one of the region’s largest pharmaceutical launches in 2008–09. He subsequently founded one of India’s early Chronic Disease Management companies.

Dr Karthik has been recognised twice by the World Marketing Congress among the “Most Influential Marketing Leaders” (2015 and 2016), alongside recognition from Frost & Sullivan, Economic Times Best Healthcare Brands and the Brand Trust Awards 2016.

Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Reddy has managed a wide range of paediatric conditions, including allergies, acid reflux, anaemia, chickenpox, influenza, meningitis, pneumonia, fever and immunodeficiency disorders. His broad clinical experience enables him to provide comprehensive care across diverse paediatric needs.

Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Reddy is committed to continuous learning and academic contribution. He has authored articles published in reputed medical journals and regularly participates in Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes, workshops and national and international conferences to stay abreast of advances in paediatric medicine.

With his combination of extensive clinical experience, academic engagement and leadership, Dr. Reddy contributes to strengthening clinical standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in patient care.

An MBA in Finance, Mr. Reddy combines financial engineering, technology expertise and hands-on operational leadership to drive business growth. His expertise encompasses the entire real estate value chain, including strategic land acquisition, institutional capital sourcing, funding coordination, municipal liaisoning, product development, construction engineering, high-volume sales, HR and administration, IT infrastructure and project delivery.

Mr. Vijay began his career in the mechanical industrial sector as a high-precision CNC Machine Programmer and subsequently held operational roles with IBM, Wipro and Hewlett-Packard. This experience established his expertise in ERP, data systems, structural management and agile workflow delivery.

As Executive Director at Reddy Structures Pvt. Ltd., he assumed cross-functional responsibility for the company’s corporate infrastructure. Under his leadership, he transformed the organisation’s financial trajectory, taking it from a single-digit turnover to a four-digit corporate turnover.

In 2011, he founded Eternity Structures Pvt. Ltd., a premier real estate development enterprise in Bengaluru. Through a structured, programmatic development approach, the company successfully developed over 10 lakh sq. ft. of projects, including premium apartments, luxury villas, plotted layouts and commercial developments.

Mr. Vijay’s approach integrates financial discipline, operational systems, construction expertise and market-driven execution, making invaluable contributions to the organisation.

A Pharmacy graduate, he began his career as an industry professional, gaining expertise in operations, supply chain management and corporate execution. He subsequently established two advanced manufacturing facilities specialising in high-margin nutraceutical formulations, successfully navigating USFDA and WHO-GMP standards and exporting proprietary and contract-manufactured formulations globally.

After building significant market share and enterprise value, he commissioned independent valuations and successfully executed a strategic exit, selling both factories to global buyers. He subsequently launched a next-generation, high-margin product line in the same industry.

His expertise includes strategic land acquisition, joint developments and transforming raw land into premium built environments. He has successfully delivered 10 lakh sq. ft. of built space and developed strong networks with planning authorities, contractors and financial institutions.

Mr Nanjundaiah applies his extensive experience in venture building, strategic capital deployment, asset creation and large-scale real estate development, with a focus on disciplined execution, financial stability and sustainable value creation.

Mr. Kurup’s career began at BOSCH, where he developed a strong foundation in engineering, machines, production systems and industrial operations. This led him to establish a Bengaluru manufacturing venture specialising in press components and die making.

In 1998, he founded iimages Clothing Co., a garment manufacturing business serving domestic and international brands. He subsequently developed his own labels, including Writer, Camaroon and Bulls United and produced millions of garments. In 2013, the business transitioned through a significant relationship with a major export house, giving him extensive exposure to marketing, branding and retail, including the launch of premium brands in India.

During COVID-19, he leveraged his manufacturing capabilities to establish surgical mask production, supplying 10+ million masks to domestic and export markets over two years. He co-founded Southern India Steelcast (SISC) to build one of the world’s largest shell moulding foundries. A greenfield project, SISC moved from concept to production in approximately one year and now produces 250+ tonnes, with a roadmap to 700 tonnes.

Mr. Kurup subsequently expanded into healthcare, applying his expertise in operations, business development and institution building to developing efficient, professionally managed and patient-centric healthcare businesses.
